强化师范院校非师范专业校外实践基地建设之对策

在校内实验室建设投入不足、实训设施缺乏的情况下,师范院校非师范专业学生的实践能力必须通过校企合作共建实践基地,借助于校外相关企业的场地和设施来实现。在现有体制下,校外实践基地建设过程中存在企业积极性不高,学校与企业之间存在“两张皮”的情况。必须在科学制定实践性教学环节的基础上,加强对校外实践基地的管理,鼓励年轻老师到企业挂职,发挥校友的作用,从制度上保证实现学校、企业、学生三赢。     

Understanding atomic-scale phase separation of liquid Fe-Cu alloy

Using liquid Fe 60 Cu 40 alloy as a model, the structure of liquid Fe-Cu alloy systems is investigated in the temperature range 1200 2200 K, covering a large metastable undercooled regime, to understand the phase separation of liquid Fe-Cu alloys on the atomic scale. The total pair distribution functions (PDFs) indicate that liquid Fe 60 Cu 40 alloy is ordered in the short range and disordered in the long range. If the atom types are ignored, the total atom number densities and PDFs demonstrate that the atoms are distributed homogenously in the liquid alloy. However, the segregation of Fe and Cu atoms is very obvious with decreasing temperature. The partial PDFs and coordination numbers show that the Cu and Fe atoms are not apt to get together on the atomic scale at low temperatures; this will lead to large fluctuations and phase separation in liquid Fe-Cu alloy.     

Operational properties and matrix representations of quantum measures

Denoted by M(A), QM(A) and SQM(A) the sets of all measures, quantum measures and subadditive quantum measures on a σ-algebra A, respectively. We observe that these sets are all positive cones in the real vector space F(A) of all real-valued functions on A and prove that M(A) is a face of SQM(A). It is proved that the product of m grade-1 measures is a grade-m measure. By combining a matrix M _μ to a quantum measure μ on the power set A _n of an n-element set X, it is proved that μ ≪ ν (resp. μ ⊥ ν) if and only if M _μ ≪ M _ν (resp. M _μ M _ν =0). Also, it is shown that two nontrivial measures μ and ν are mutually absolutely continuous if and only if μ·ν∈QM(A _n ). Moreover, the matrices corresponding to quantum measures are characterized. Finally, convergence of a sequence of quantum measures on A _n is introduced and discussed; especially, the Vitali-Hahn-Saks theorem for quantum measures is proved.     

从Blogα空间到Qk空间的复合算子

算子理论是函数空间理论研究的一个重要分支,函数空间上复合算子的有界性、紧性的研究与函数空间自身的函数性质密不可分;虽然不同的解析函数空间有着许多相似的函数理论,但其上的复合算子的有界性、紧性、K-Carleson测度的刻画往往取决于每个函数空间的特殊性及算子本身的性质.把算子与函数空间放在一起讨论是深入研究算子、函数空间的佳径,近年来国内外的研究动态就是很好的证明.Blαog空间是经典Bloch空间的子空间,而Bloch型空间和QK空间一直都是研究的热点;主要利用复分析、泛函分析的理论与方法讨论了Blαog空间到QK空间的复合算子,利用K-Carleson测度刻画了Blαog空间到QK空间的复合算子,得到了该算子为有界和紧的充要条件;此结果是Bloch型空间到QK空间上复合算子为有界和紧的一种全新的刻画.     

β-统计收敛与收敛的关系

利用β-统计收敛说明统计收敛、A-统计收敛、缺项统计收敛、λ-统计收敛及强统计收敛分别是β-统计收敛的特殊形式,并分别给予测度刻画.考察β-统计收敛与一般序列收敛之间的关系,得到统计收敛、λ-统计收敛及强统计收敛与收敛之间的等价描述.     

基于相似度测量法的模糊最短路径问题

提供了一种基于相似度测量法处理模糊最短路径问题的算法,通过计算各路径的相似度找到模糊最短路径长度,并获得相应的模糊最短路径.     

微波辅助预还原-HG-ICP-AES联用技术用于三七无机硒形态分析

建立了微波预还原-氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱联用技术测定中药三七提取液中无机硒的方法,对测定条件进行了优化选择,通过直接测定Se(IV)和微波辅助定量还原后测总硒,用差减法测得Se(VI)的量.Se(IV)的检出限为0.23 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为2.0％,回收率为82％～104％,结果较为满意.     

正常人脐静脉内皮细胞的原子力显微镜观察

目的:利用原子力显微镜(AFM)在单细胞水平分析正常人脐静脉内皮细胞的形貌特征和机械性质,为了解内皮细胞结构与功能的关系奠定基础.方法:新鲜人脐静脉内灌注质量分数为0.25%胰蛋白酶消化,获得人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs),M199培养基进行培养,免疫细胞化学检测内皮细胞第Ⅷ因子的表达.将体外培养的HUVECs用质量...     

普通二型模糊相似度与包含度及其关系

针对现有的二型模糊系统规则库精简方法不能有效地消除冗余模糊集合的问题,提出了新的普通二型模糊相似度与包含度.首先,基于2种模糊性测度的公理化定义,提出了计算公式;然后,讨论了普通二型模糊包含度的性质,并提出了2种测度的相互转换定理;最后,通过实例验证了2种新测度的性能,并将提出的普通二型模糊相似度用于高斯普通二型模糊集合的聚类分析,聚类结果由不同α-水平上的层次聚类树组成,可以合理地区分这些集合.
